Ray Robinson jumping rope was as graceful and ENTERTAINING as it gets.. Furthermore there is no phase in boxing that he coudn't do with more "class" than anyone else...He was the Fred Astaire of rope jumping....And Boxing...
Duran used to skip rope on his haunches which i tried to do (when i was in my teens and fit) and its one of the most difficult things ive tried. Think i lasted about 30 secs max before giving up and doing it normally. SRR was brilliant too. Very graceful to watch
