wasnt even gonna bother to comment on this thread that turned into a laughable cluster**** but... this post caught my eye

is that information solid? It does make sense, in maintaining the integrity of the testing.

Sooooo, where does this leave PBF's demand for "random" and "tailormade" testing? This can leave open alot of questions....

*Can a fighter actually dictate the terms of this testing cuz he bought them?
*Was PBF just bluffing all along?
*Does the USADA naturally randomize the time and frequency of their testing anyhow w/o request?

I'd like to know those answers myself...

No Floyd can't demand anything in terms of testing, which is why you hear the "well SSM and PBF cutoff was 18 days", the point is that there was no "cut off" it's simply when the USADA felt they had enough information to cease testing. They could have continued testing if they were so inclined but they didn't. The threat of continue tests would then act as a deterent to any potential PED use in theory. No a fighter can't dictate terms of the testing because it would compromise the credibility of the testing, hence it's irrelevant what the fighters would want which is the beauty of using a third party. Floyd simply welcomed the random nature of the testing procedures of USADA and felt this would be the fairest way to test.

Tygart admitted they stopped testing 18 days prior to prevent any controversy related to blood testing. Not because they don't think it's needed.

Here is the real question, how can you call it OSTD when its not the methods that Olympic Boxers are subjected to...? you cant call it that, this is basicly a demand that Floyd is insisting on to gain some sort of upper advantage in the fight, be it mental or Physical or both...

I am sorry but the idea of any fighter having to go through that type of testing just to be able to fight Floyd is bull****... let me ask you people this when is the last time Floyd has made any mandotory defense? when is the last time he took on a top welter in their prime? of course your going to fire back and say six titles six divisons P4P etc.... but that doesnt answer those questions...
Sure Manny hasnt made a mandotory defense yet, but he has faced some top notch opposition.....
basicly my point is simple why be subjected to that style of testing when your not even the man to beat anyways, You Mr Mayweather are currently P4P #2
