You just don't ****ing get it do you :-(

We're talking about fighters that went through hell to win. Regardless of what you think of said fight its glaringly obvious it wasn't even remotely as taxing as a dozen other fights in this thread.

Feel free to look at the legitimate answers presented here and reevaluate what you thought I was looking for in this thread, because taking one ****ing hook from a past prime Frazier isn't even comparable to Holyfield/Bowe I.

That was the first one that came to mind, specifically his title fight with Yaqui Lopez. MS Muhammad really came back from the brink to win that one. 7th or 8th round Lopez totally went off on MSM, using him for a punching bag and MSM sucked it up like Rocky Balboa and came back to KO Lopez.

Rocky Marciano Vs Ezzard Charles II

Marciano and Charles having war for 7 rounds in a brutal contest concluding with The Brockton Blockbuster being sent out knowing he's only got one round to finish Charles, or be stopped because of a split running threw the middle of his nose, The Rock shows his greatness for winning when defeat seems certain, by sending Charles to the canvas, and finally knocking him out with a brutal barrage that puts Charles down for good,

Muhammad Ali Vs Joe Frazier III

14 rounds of back and forth brutality, with both men on the brink of defeat the fight conculdes with Ali hitting Frazier at will but unable to put the great man down in the 14th round, Eddie Futch see's enough and does'nt allow Frazier out for the final round, The fight that confirmed both mens greatness was also the fight where both left the ring never the same.

    Nigel Benn Vs Gerald McClellan

Just pure savagery for 10 round with Benn going threw the ropes and looking doomed for a humilating 1st round knockout, gets up to roar back with guts, power and will to win the fight, Benns finest hour as a fighter was also his most regrettable hour for his spirit, with McClellan suffering brain damage that he will never recover from.

Sugar Ray Robinson Vs Jake LaMotta IV

Robinson play matador to Jake's bull in one of the most brutal fights in history, Ray comes threw the pain and pressure of the first 10 rounds from
LaMotta and gives The Raging Bull the worst beating ever captured on film, the bout ending in the 13th with LaMotta refusing to go down, is saved by the ref.

Erik Morales Vs Manny Pacquiao I

12 round war with the older man outfighting and outmaning the young superstar enough said.

Archie Moore Vs Yvon Durelle I

Moore makes probably make the greatest infight comeback of all time getting up of the canvas 5 times to knockout his younger contender, this is what you call a hard fought win.

Rocky Marciano Vs Ezzard Charles I

Marciano is forced to fight every second to keep his title in an absolute back and forth classic.

I'm not really getting you. I'm not even being argumentative at this point, do we have polar ideas of what this thread is about or something?

Holmes/Ali was one sided, it would qualify if Ali had won after the beating he absorbed. But he didn't.
