You would think so but its not.:roflThey see 9.5 and they think half way through the 9th they dont get the 9 full rounds plus a half part. Like in football if someone that never bet before see a line at 7 1/2 you think they know wha the **** that half means?

You would think its clear but alot of people dont get it.
