Mora got 40%???? How the **** does he deserve that??? I wouldve figured 35% max!!! And thats still being generous.
Mosley/Mora fight will cost $54.95, no way will I waste so much money of such a joke! If Mosley has lots of energy and stamina, I will wonder why he quit fighting Void after he had Void out on his feet!
i think berto would be an easier fight for shane than mora shane struggled with floyds movement and showed age in his legs mora is not a puncher but he's a slippery ****er who knows how to steal rounds ! at least berto would stand flat infront of shane exchanging ??? and berto looked **** in his last fight and his mind prob still not 100% from the disaster :think
Wow...Mind Blowing Logic from this "new generation" of ESB Posters. Damn, what happened to ESB. This used to be an awesome website for Hardcore Boxing Fans. Listen to this ****: First Berto was called a "coward" not not stepping up to fight "his" mandatory in Selcuk Aydin (a fighter who just got a hometown decision in his last fight.) Then rumors were floating around that Floyd may fight Berto in November. But instead of everyone saying "Ok, Berto is stepping-up"...it's now a chance to hate on Floyd for fighting Berto. These same people are saying that Floyd beat an "Old & Shot" Shane Mosley, are now saying that a possible rematch with Mosley vs Cotto is just fine and even have no problem with Berto (who has been accused of fighting bums) fighting this "Old & Shot" Shane Mosley. Listening to these Posters logic...is making me DIZZY AS ****!!! This content is protected
i thought Mosley was old.....if thats the case....no one should get credit for fighting him...im just sayin...if he gets tired in 2 rounds...this is a sure victory for Berto...right or even Mora.
FUK ARE YOU TALKIN ABOUT...HE JUST FOUGHT THIS YEAR AND HE SUPPOSED TO BE FIGHTING AGAIN.. :deal KIND OF EFFECTS YOU WHEN YOU GOT FAMILY DYING IN HAITI....DUMBASS PROLLY FORGOT ABOUT THAT ALREADY
I dont look at the money or purse splits or any of that BS.It has absolutely nothing to do with me.I have no concern with that sh!t at all. What i do concern myself with is matchups.Who will be fighting who.Thats all. Hearing people say that Mosley is ducking Berto is realy.....you know what,i have no response to that. This fight coming up with Mora and Shane is a good solid matchup. No,i wouldn't have felt that way 6/7 years ago,but it is a good fight style wise. This fight will not be easy for both men. I do see Mosley however, even at this stage of his career, having all the answers for whatever Mora can dish out. I see Shane winning this fight, and looking good doing it.Giving Mayweather tha credit he deserves in the process. That Mosley is old over the hill ****.Look, every fighter is different and even though Shane is old for boxing that is,he kept himself in great shape with or without having a fight.Thats the difference with Shane and other fighters that would not still be fighting at Mosleys age. Do i think Mosleys fight with Floyd Jr would have been more competitive say five or so years ago, yes, but i also see the same outcome...Mosley taking a loss in that fight. People need to stop focusing on the politics end of boxing and focuse on what effects the boxing fan...MATCHUPS! what matchup will be the two men that are entertaining the boxing fan. I know money is what has came between us seeing or not seeing a certain fight, but to sit there and go back n fourth on why this guy should get the bigger % of the cut is a bore to me IMO. To sum it up,no fighter deserves 10/20 or 30 million for 2 months of training then 36 minutes on the night. No fighter. To each his own i guess.
No worries. I don't like the fact people make **** loads of money when I don't But to get to the point of Mora/Mosley/Berto. It doesn't matter which one of these guys Shane fights, he going to beat them. As for the whole being shot thing, he had a truly dismal performance against a truly incredible fighter due to inactivity in the past year and the years of regression in his skills and physical department. If he gases early and starts to look like his legs are gone against Mora then I may start buying into the shot argument. However one lone performance where he was controlled for a good 30 minutes shouldn't bias our opinion on Mosley just yet.
