I was guna say what a crock of **** im not interested in excuses he was caught on camera and is now givin it the same old stuff about depression and hes jumping straight into rehab. He got caught and hes gotta make it look like a big drama. Its the sportsmans, music stars and movie stars path after getting caught.

But knowing what Hattons like for feeling like hes let everybody down and general shame from defeat i could see a virtual humiliation loss like that hurting him alot mentally. I think what his mums saying is perfectly feasable.

Not surprising. Pretty embarassing to get ****ed up by someone who started their career at flyweight.

Yeah, if Hatton's depression was caused by boxing, then it began in the last ten seconds of round 6 vs. the best of his era. It was all downhill after that. As far as the Pacquiao fight goes, that's what you get when you walk in swinging wide with your hands nowhere close to the "up" position.

Schooled by PBF and KTFO by Pac yeah I can see why he would be depressed. He lost on the biggest stage in embarrassing fashion twice.

Bad excuse. He should have taken an easier farewell fight after that like he once planned. I think most people know Ricky is the same person before and after the Pac fight, a partying drunk.

Shane would have knocked Nanny the **** out.:deal

Freddy knows it..so does Arum...that's why they CAREFULLY match him with slow plodders fresh off a loss.

Pac can't fight on the inside and has ZERO experience with SPEED.:hi:

    :huh to the :huh

Why does Hatton need an excuse?

He does not even box anymore.

    Wack thread.

People are mentioning his name atm because he was in a gossip column.

He has drank and been fat for many, many years!

Sad really, the biggest mistake Hatton ever did was to get rid off Billy Graham after his loss to Mayweather and hire Floyd Sr as a trainer.

He probably wanted to go out like Kostya Tszue, in a war with a younger fighter, passing the torch and getting applauded at the end, taking the microphone thanking his fans for all the years supporting him.
