let me run though floyds 140- 147 resume for you

De Marcus Corley was a title eliminator
    so was Henry Brussels

    Gatti was the champ

Shamba Mitchell was his first fight at welterweight and a fair first fight at a new weight...

Super Zab judah ... if you discredit zab as a weak opponent then you really dont know boxing plus it was for the IBF and IBO championships

Carlos Baldomir ... fair enough he was the weakest 147 champ but he was the wbc champ and floyd had just won the IBF of judah so it would be his second at that weight...
Baldomir is also rated as Vernon Forests second best win so why its completley discredited for FLoyd is beyond me....People say floyd ducked cotto at this time but truth is cotto never wanted floyd... floyd was p4p 1 at the time meaning it was cottos job to call out floyd

De La Hoya was at oscars natural weight ... close fight, but at least he had the balls to go to that weight and fight him

Hatton was a 147 champ and was given a great chance to beat floyd as he was highly rated at the time... Floyd put on a clinc and stopped him late giving hatton his first loss

JMM ... yes the fight was complety unfair for JMM, and dosnt count for much, but the way he beat him (without using superior size diffrence) led to the hype over may - pac as JMM schooled pac twice

Mosley- yeh he was old but he was the man at WW after destroying Margarito. plus this was the fight people were calling for and saying floyd would never take. Floyd had been calling him out for years but mosley wanted no part of floyd untill then (i can back this claim up with video evidence)

future pac-may .... this fight is taking the route of Lenord Hearns
Leonard was accused of ducking hearns for a year befor they finaly got it on , and we allready know the result of that fight
Leonard would refuse to answer any questions about hearns and say hearns wasnt a big enough star and wanted too much money
the chances are they'll fight next year

all all you said is common knowledge to a bxoxing fan.....floyd's best win at 140 is vs a gatti......RIP to him but he' s never that good ..why not tsu?........at 147 , his best win is mosely, a 39 year old mosely...miguiel cotto beat a way younger and more active shane....floyd at 140 and a47 aint **** man, it is what it is!
