I take everything into consideration, Maidana is entitled to 45% as the interim whether he deserves it or not he has that right as law because of the sanctioning body.

Obviously khan is way the bigger draw but if he feels that way then why not relinquish the title and fight him anyway.

Fact is, ESPN reported that the fight didn't go forward earlier because Maidana wasn't happy with the purse and that's a written FACT. Otherwise it would have been done.
