Is it somehow more acceptable when poor people become addicts? It's cliche, I know, but money does not buy happiness. Ricky is living proof of that. He's a guy who has probably always had a substance abuse problem but he also happened to have a great talent...Just like Kurt Cobain and Billy Holiday and Ernest Hemingway, etc, etc, etc.

He really thought he could beat FMJ, the sad thing is that Floyd beat him using his own game.

what a ***** move article. and floyd put hatton on his descent, pacquiao just collected sloppy seconds, like he has in ALL of his previous fights. that said, i thought ricky hatton was a good guy even though i hate the way he fought. i hope he rebounds ok.

hatton also said that he is bigger, stronger and faster than pacquiao during prefight.. remember same move everytime? both oscar and hatton understimated pacquiao and paid the price. cotto did not that's why he prepared well ahead of pacquiao. he just made the mistake of abandoning his gameplan and engaged pacquiao and got caught with a big left that changed the complexion of the bout. clottey knew that if he opened up his shell, chances are that left will land. never mind if his arms and body got sore from the constant battering of pacquiao, at least he was still standing by at the final bell.
