the fight is likely going to be in msg in june around the time of the pr parade. juanma has his fight against marquez in nov and if successful they are supposedly going to do a double header in febuary in puerto rico and this will be the final showcase before junes showdown. "this has been the plan from the beginning even juanma long knows about this.

man if this **** happens forreal all i know is ill be there and what a fight it will be!

I dont know what's so appealing about a Lopez/Gamboa fight.. They aint even that special.. Rafael Marquez is better than both of them and he's bout to spoil their party..

if JuanMa can get past Marquez, I think he can also get past Gamboa. but the first IF is a huge one

Marquez still a good fighter, but Juanma is just hitting his stride and getting better, southpaw, with incredible leverage and figting skill...matuer beyond his years...Marquez v. Junama will be a great fight, but one that will define him ...moving forward for bigger and better fights

First of all, Lopez has to get by Marquez and I think Gamboa has a mandatory coming up against John. Both opponents are very good and we've seen flashes of both Lopez and Gamboa's weaknesses. Either way, I'm just excited to see both these fighters develop in anticipation of their match up. :bbb

Damn, I hope so...Because I'll be in NYC (Sunset Park, Brooklyn) for a Wedding in June. A Fight at MSG & The Puerto Rican Day Parade...AWESOME!!!! I got Gamboa getting off the canvas from an early knockdown to win by late stoppage.

While shot Marquez likely not, Elio Rojas and Chris John are more than capable to upset JuanMa and Gamboa - if they'll fight those two, I give 66% that at least one will lose. Plus all of the sudden, Hasegawa joined the party and could get the WBC belt as Rojas is on injury timeout, that could make things interesting. Goddamn, can you imagine Hozumi vs. either? Wow.
