I had the exact same thought when I read the thread title but I assume he's talking about world class fighters with these attributes.

 

Howard Davis was a good call his chin wasnt glass but it was mediocre.
Orlin Norris at heavy wasnt much of a puncher and his chin average, although at Cruiser he had some pop and a solid chin.

Do you guys remember former olympian and fringe contender Kelcie Banks? He fits this description.

Eddie Hopson former JL champ and a rival of Kelcie Banks in the amatuers(poor mans Meldrick Taylor) fits this too, although i wouldnt say he was featherfisted(maybe average cause of his super speed).
