I guess he don't find the bscene forums to be as nice as the news he boated about, before he edited his post and removed that part for some strange reason :huh If you like it so much, why are you covering that up?
His writing itself is pretty good. He writes to a very high standard - clear, direct and free of jargon. His journalism however is appalling - hyperbolic, biased and snide. He's definitely from the tabloid side of the street.
I honestly cant see Macklin v Barker in December IF Macklin wins on Saturday he will be looking for either a World title shot or a eliminator fight for a World title. Fighting Barker in December will be a backward step time for Macklin to go to world level. By doing this Warren card he is stalling his progress so he will want to head on to bigger and better things next. As for the Khan fight how certain are people with a Sky Box Office night. Dont get me wrong Khan wont want Warren getting some money off the back of his fight in the US. That will be the sell to the PPV not a Warren card just my view. What was the deal with ITV for his last fight could they get the fight again? Regarding Warren and his big card if both win there fights I want DeGale v Groves on the card I want to see just how good both fighters are but is Warren willing to risk DeGale against a livewire like Groves. I would expect to see the Ryan Rhodes fight made for the night aswell. Add into that Frankie Gavin and he may well have a decent card and maybe the comeback fight of Kevin Mitchell on the card.
His style is not boring...the green fight was so one sided he could not make it interesting...and he is very well spoken....winning sells, and the more the goes that....the bigger he will get here.
I kinda get Rob's point with regard to the front page - the format is probably better with the articles listed rather than partly published. But both have their fair share of both good and bad articles and writers.
It is. Why didn't he take Green out? True elites make lesser opponents look like it. If you've got a guy two levels below you, you get them out of there and make a statement. That would have made it interesting. He looked utterly mediocre against Miranda too - awful considering what Pavlik, Abraham and Bute did to the same guy. That speaks volumes about their respective levels. But I do think he's got a good shout of winning the Super Six, despite being completely open for an uppercut.
Why did Kermit Cintron go 12 rounds with Sergio Matinez? he's not near the same skill level....how about Jones against Joe Calzaghe...why did JOE C take Roy Jones 12 rounds? sometimes, a fighter can't get another out of there, so he just goes about his business and gets the win.

It's a give and take with the sites...some have better then the others....but no boxing site has bigger interviews then eastsideboxing. so to say the articles are "****" is quite disrespectful to the site.
To be fair he isn't very charismatic. His style is ugly but I suppose it depends on who he is fighting.
