It's hard to believe that forum that used to be filled with objective minds and knowledgeable posters has devolved into a forum of fanatics who are obsessed with the men themselves, and don't know **** about actual boxing.

Is Wlad a huge puncher? Absolutely, and likely one of the best of all time.

But, just because Wlad is a big heavyweight that can punch at 6'6'' and 240 lbs, does not mean that he has the tools in his aresnal to beat Frazier.

People assume that because Foreman beat Frazier, Wlad will, and that's the basis of their assumption.

    This is incredibly flawed.

Foreman destroyed a bobbing and weaving Frazier with uppercuts. Foreman, who is incredibly confident in his chin and his ability to demolish opponents began throwing them immediately. He was not wary of being knocked out, and fully commited to throwing accurate thudding uppercuts that practically lifted Frazier off the ground.

Frazier is a very hard punching heavyweight himself, especially with his left hook which should be rated among the best if not the best in heavyweight history. And don't get it twisted, while he is smaller than Wlad, this doesn't mean he can't punch, just as Wlad proves that being big alone doesn't mean you have a chin.

There are plenty small people throughout history that have massive punches, and plenty of bigger guys that can't punch for ****.

Now as far as the fight is concerned, Peter who has nowhere near the conditioning or speed of Frazier, used a slow bobbing and weaving pattern similiar to Frazier that made Wlad tenative to throw his jab, and made him look incredibly uncomfortable.

Wlad didn't throw any uppercuts at all because it is clear that he was very cautious of being hit because he has no confidence in his chin. He fights very much in order to protect his chin.

When Wlad finally did throw uppercuts, they missed wildly and looked very amateurish and he looked off balance and uncomfortable when he threw them along with being wide open for counter hooks.

While people will say, Wlad knocked Peter out with an uppercut, not only was that one ugly uppercut, but Peter was also on his last legs, clearly winded and not in the fight.

Even Ali, who has the fastest hands at heavyweight of all time, and had a versatile attack that included uppercuts, had trouble with Frazier's bobbing and weaving attack. And Ali is a guy that is confident in his chin, and his abilities.

Wlad also is defensively flawed. He backs up in straight lines with his chin in the air, leaving himself open for hooks. Frazier, with his speed, stamina, and tenacity has exactly what it takes to capitalize on this flaw and hit Wlad in his weak chin.

Wlad's jab could potentialy cause Frazier problems, but he won't commit to it NEARLY on the same level as Ali who threw it consistantly, and this is evident by his reluctance against Peter. And when he tries to smother Frazier, Frazier's conditioning, heart, and speed will make him a slippery target and put himself in position to hit Wlad with either uppercuts or hooks.

People that think this fight is soley predicated by what Foreman did to Frazier don't know **** about boxing. At least put up a prediction relevant to the particular fighter.

Foreman and Wlad are night and day. The only thing they have in common is that they both punch very hard.

And the sad part is the main spokesman for Wlad is Jazzo who is an admitted gay homosexual, who can't even throw an overhand right despite allegedly being 5'11'' and built like Mike Tyson.

Yet he says people can't box.

I agree last one...In fact, Foreman has the advantage that only a durable chin, all the others, such as size, speed, etc go to Wladimir

Foreman also has a more versatile attack which includes his most devestating weapon, which are uppercuts. They may have been slower than Wlad's, but at least they were accurate, precise and thrown with confidence.

Most of Wlad's maybe 7 uppercuts he threw in the fight were no where near on target, and Peter is much slower than Frazier.

at least Wlad threw a noticeable amount of uppercuts, lets see if that trend continues and improves.

Foremans uppercut was a better, but to get to use it to nowadays mobile Klitchko he would have to take really tough shots

Frasier is certainly faster than Peter, but equally he is considerably smaller
