i suppose it would depend on your reason to take it golden boy. are you looking to get stronger? i looked it up and it seems like it's a bit high in calories and fat.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh good old Muscle Milk, well well well.

    We meet again........

Muscle Milk has been one of the longest supplements advertised, that i can remember. If your taking it after training its not going to do you any harm. Your not going to start growing another head..!!!

Protien + Fast acting carbs..............no big deal.

But i would'nt take it throughout the day, because it's full of too much sugar. Straight after trainnng it is fine, because you need them fast acting carbs/protien.........!!

But if you take this supplement throughout the day, it will just play havoc with your blood sugar levels.

Suboptimal, there are far better ways to satisfy your nutritional needs.

Its overpriced for what it is. There are other brands that are cheaper. If you want protein drinks just buy the powder and mix it.

ON and Dymatize are good brands and cheaper than muscle milk

ON is extremely good but be very careful with muscle milk. I read something about it the other day and it supposedly has a very high level of a certain metal. I quickly skimmed through it and been meaning to find it again. Once i get to my pc I'll post a link

Yeah there was a consumer report shaming a number of protein supplements including Muscle milk for levels of cadmium, lead, arsenic and mercury above the recommended safe daily amounts.
