Teddy Atlas: "it was the first time that we saw [Mosley] without PEDs"

Teddy is Teddy. The dude is either dead right or horribly wrong.He has no middle ground to stand.

 

I believe it. I was saying it the same night of the fight after watching a totally unenergized, sluggish Mosley get outhustled, outpunched and manhandled. He wasn't anything close to his usual self.

 

Atlas is a smart ass dude, but I doubt he believes most of the stuff he says.

 

Mosley was just old that night and inexplicably exhausted after only 2 rounds. Maybe the deterioration of his stamina can be attributed to lack of PEDS but I am not sure.

 

Doesn't anyone think it would be ridiculous for Mosley to continue using PEDs after admitting to using them to investigators? What drugs would he be using and where would he be getting them from?

That's what I normally do, but a statement like this is disrespectful, poorly thought out and above all defamatory. A passing sports fan who catches FNF on ESPN might think Teddy Atlas is a respectable and knowledgeable character in the boxing world. I don't know why a person in his position would want to discredit one of the more popular fighters in a struggling sport that's providing his income.

 

So was it lack of PED's? Or Floyd being that good? You are going to have to admit one of these...:hi:

Or maybe the fact that he was coming off the longest layoff of his career and was nearing 39 years old had something to do with it? Or the fact that he went through two training camps? Or the admittedly uncomfortable blood testing?

 

making excuses for a mu****a that didn't even make excuses for himself. He just got his ass whipped. If this fight happened 10 years ago, it woulda been the same result.

Ok i thought this at first (and at this stage am not totally discrediting the theory)

But i sway more towards the theory that after Shane landed those punches in round 2 and mayweather cleared so quickly and continued to walk Shane down Shane lost it mentally and this affeced his phyical hence making him gassed after 2 rounds.

I dont think Shane is as mentally strong as he wants you to think and i think Floyd had him cooked before the fight even started.

 

i think it's possible that shane was still using a low level PED
but he lost the floyd fight b.c floyd beat the **** out of him minus the one round
atlas really dislikes mr mayweather
