    According to ESPN Cintron has been offered the Cotto fight because Chavez Jr. doesn't want none of Cotto.

    Even though Cintron is a nut case I still pick him to murder Chavez Jr if this fight is indeed made.

    i thought chavez was fighting cotto on dec 4th.
    freddie's said a lot of **** about cotto, and insulted him by saying even chavez jr could beat him. it would be wrong if they pulled out now by saying chavez isnt ready.

    When your best win is John Duddy what would you do? I think a good fight for Chavez Jr would be Kelly Pavlik. He should wait.

    According to most articles I've read it had more to do with Chavez not wanting to train in the phillipines while Roach focused most of his attention on Pac for the Margarito fight:deal
