i got a feeling that cleverly/murat is gonna turn out like peterson/rios

nathan cleverly has world class boxing skills without question, but like rios murat is a pressure fighter that gets his motor going after a feeling out process. and cleverly doesnt seem like the type of fighter that can bail him self out out of a sticky situation, since his defense is somewhat lacking. just my two cents though, thoughts???

 

i haven't seen the peterson - rios fight, so i can't comment on that.

with cleverly - murat, i see cleverly using his height and reach to keep murat on the outside for most of the fight, but will use a lot of inside fighting as well.murats pressure will cause cleverly some problems along the way, but he will be broken down and stopped around the 9th round stage.

cleverly wins by late stoppage.

 

I dont see it as Peterson-Rios, but I do see an upset and Murat winning in some fashion, though I'm not sure of how yet.

 

i see murat playing the spoiler role, mauling cleverly on the inside sapping the power out if his punches. beating him on sheer activity, ring control, and overall agression, of course murat is gonna take some punishment in the process but i see him edging out an ugly UD win.

Cleverly was actually Rios and Murat was Peterson.

 

Cleverly took him to elementary and back. Nathan is a real deal. He seems to be growing with every fight, i ncredible when the opposition has been steeped up each fight.

He has a real future and is already better than the overhyped Cloud.

Not sure about Pascal though, wait a year.

 

uuuhhh, havent seen too much hype around cloud. nor have i seen anyone overrating him, everyone pretty much shares the same opinion about him that he's a good solid fighter but nothing special. i do see cleverly boxing his head off from pillar to post though
