I'll be at work, but if I was home, I'd buy it. I'm not one of those cheap ass whiners who cries over $50 bucks.
No thanks. I'm not interested in watching Mosley clinch and grapple a guy to death for 12 rounds straight. ZzzzzZZzzz :tired I'll pass.
after watching sugar shane want to touch gloves and hug mayweather after each round like they were buddies....yeah im with ya....screw sugar shane
i could care less after shanes last no show against floyd......burn me once...wont be a second time so soon
I just realized hopkins vs pascal is on ppv too. what are these guys thinking? that we are rich or something
Nobody else thinks it's ridiculous that if HBO determines a fight is just not good enough to interrupt their busy programming schedule of showing Gran Torino on 9 different stations every day for a year, the only alternative is to charge us $45 to see it?
welcome to boxing in 2010.................. PPV to watch a B fighter (who cant even make the weight ffs) fight a 40 year old shot shane...
This is 'only' the forth HBO PPV of the year, and then you look at UFC PPV this month they are already at #12. Both cards are at the same level (decent but not great). The reason the UFC is doing so well is that people are willing to buy shows like this every month, and for boxing things won't magically change for network/basic cable TV to invest millions on a boxing card. I'm not buying, but I don't see the point in trashing the card. Its not that bad, and had they got someone better for Ortiz to fight then this card could have been solid.
Agreed. If Ortiz was fighting Urango or someone like that the card would be stellar. I have a feeling the Baldo/Canelo fight is going to be a war. Regardless, I'm pretty excited for tonight :smoke
