Is Mosley a very good fighter at junior middleweight???

People talk about the way Mosley fought Mora proves that Mayweather fought a shot Mosley. I mean seriously is mostly everyone here on esb that ******ed? Mosley has fought in reality 8 times at junior middleweight. And 7 out of 8, Mosley didn't look very well. The only 1 victory at junior middleweight that he look great against was by ko over a shot in the dark weight drain Vargas in a rematch. Hell Mosley first fight at junior ww when he fought Marquez in which in the first 3 rounds, Mosley look terrible.

Shane was never all that special at 154. 147 seems to be his maximum effective weight. Sergio Mora is a 6 foot middleweight who can dehydrate to 154 given enough time. We also know that he had some problems making weight for this fight.

If it possible that the weight issues produced a **** fight more so than the fighters?
