well if it's from the last 30 yrs probably Tszyu, but the dudes mixed with 2-3 other backgrounds, so IDK. He's of caucasian descent, that's for sure. Haugen was a very good boxer with high profile wins. Hatton is a good call. Danny Lopez half Irish, half Mexican. Mancini. I don't think McGuigan did enough to be great. He was good, but he beat a past his prime Pedroza, that was his greatest accomplishment. Jeff Fenech is another good call. Anyone of those were great fighters of Caucasian descent.

Yea, Buchanan had his moments, but he was getting overpowered by Duran.

 

Danny wasnt half, although he does have Irish blood hes more Mexican/American and Ute native Indian.

NO way PFP i can think of alot of guys id put over Tommy. He might be the 2nd best White American Heavy in the last 30. Id rank Cooney over Morrison.
