Hopkins was a great champion but he would have ran like a chiken if he ever encountered with Hagler. No way he could have traded bombs with Hagler or Hearns.

Hagler could box very well when he wanted to. Saying Hopkins would have killed him is ignorant, seeing as Hagler was never badly hurt in his career.

The executioner would have totally executed Hagler. There's no way in hell Hagler could've out box B-hop and when it comes to dog fighting B-hops the best. In the later rounds with all the hugging and malling B-hop would have taken Hagler out. Besides Hagler couldn't even beat a man that had been out of boxing for five years. Man yall go some where with the non-sense i want a real pro boxing conversation

You want a real boxing conversation? Why dont you **** off? In another thread you said Mayweather would ''beat the living dog **** out of Duran'' and now your saying Bernard Hopkins would knock out Marvin Hagler and you want a real boxing conversation? Just because you play Fight Night a lot doesnt make you a boxing expert dumbass.

    sorry, but i disagree.

monzon is in my top ten fave fighters in history.i just love watching him.he's the greatest middle in history based on resume.no one can take that position from him.not hagler, not hopkins, no SSR, not anyone.

but hopkins is a nightmare style for him.BIG TIME!!

i see hopkins winning wide on UD.

the sad thing is, monzon wouldn't do that well in the fight, apart from a few moments here and there.hopkins would make him look quite ordinary.

that's coming from a very unbiased side.hopkins is a great fighter, and i have a lot of respect for him.but he just doesn't do it for me.and as i've already said, monzon is in my top ten fave fighters in history.no.2 to be exact.

so i would have no reason to say hopkins beats one of my fave fighters in history.that's just the way i see it.no bias what so ever.:good

hagler beats hopkins.but hopkins stands a chance.

    hopkins stops hearns late.

    hopkins/leonard could go either way.

    hopkins would easily beat hagler??

man, you must smoke a lot of crack!!

hopkins gives him a tough fight, but hagler wins on the cards by 2 or 3 points.
