Boxing fans, looks like Devon Alexander-Tim Bradley may fall apart, as Bradley has not come to terms with his promoter Gary Shaw on a contract extension that Shaw is demanding to get the Alexander fight as Bradley's contract with Shaw is set to end in May '11 !!! Like Mayweather-Pacquiao, Alexander-Bradley is a fight that fans want to see happen, and now it looks like neither will happen!!!

Damn. And this also probably means Bradley will be inactive until his contract expires.

Why is he putting Alexander - Bradley in the same sentence as Mayweather-Pacquiao? I lost all interest in that fight the day Alexander needed a complete gift to "beat" Kotelnik.

Khan - Bradley is the fight of the division and the only fight that really needs to be made.

Yep, Alexander-Bradley has lost its appeal IMO. Alexander just showed everything that I thougth was wrong about him to be true in his fight with Kotelnik. Not ready for Bradley.

Khan is at least 'in form' so-to-speak. I'd favour Bradley to beat all the top guys in the division, would like for him to do it rather than a pointless fight with Berto or move up to 147.

I'm fed up waiting for this fight now. Bradley is such a little prima donna twat. What makes me laugh is he can't sell-out a 3,000 seater in his backyard and he thinks he can make the demands and is the draw in the fight with Alexander. **** him. **** both of them if they can't make the fight as well actually.

I'd much rather Khan fought one of them straight after he schools Maidana in December. Let Bradley or Alexander fight Ortiz in the meantime. Still plenty of good fights in the division to look forward to rather than be disappointed about one falling through:bbb.

:deal and Angulo was on that card too and he turned down 750000 and guaranteed future HBO dates regardless of result for the Martinez fight :-( Some of these guys have ridicolous opinions of themselves.

There are loads of self-important figures in the sport with no idea of the reality of their place. Angulo really disappointed me when he turned down that fight anyway; Martinez even offered to make it at 154 after Angulo turned down a shot at at one of the most prestigious lineal titles in the sport.

    Makes me laugh, man.

People wonder why MMA orgs don't give their fighters millions for fighting nobody. These guys have no hunger.

Look at Campbell and Wright who complain about not getting fights etc. These guys have made a good few million. Bradley is the same. He hasn't hit the big time but he's already made what it would take your average joe a lifetime to earn.

The promoter works for the fighter, not the other way around.

Where does Shaw get off telling Bradley he must sign an extension to get this fight? HBO have more or less set the fight up themselves.
