Ali was waaaaaay past it for those fights. You know it and I know it.In fact, everyone knows it.Lewis ' boxing career got a much later start than Muhammed's did, that's why he peaked at a later age,but I think you know that already too.Muhammed hung around waaaay too long also, which is beyond obvious especially considering his present condition.Ali is the poster boy for taking too much punishment when he should have been enjoying a pleasant retirement.

Ali was good but Lennox always shows up for big fights. And when he fought Holyfield that wasn't no damn draw Lewis clearly won that fight Holyfield saying the Lord told him he will stop lewis in three either the lord lied to him or Lewis beat prophecy because he dominated Holyfield you guys memory is distorted holyfield was with don king and you know what he can do

    lennox never chased anyone!

go and watch his fight with botha.frans went on the back foot in the hope of getting lennox to come forward were he could counter punch.he thought that would make lewis vulnerable as he was a natural counter puncher himself.

    was lewis vulnerable?

    hell no!!

he walked botha down nice and easy, and kept him on the end of his punches, knocking him out in the second round.it turned out to be a disadvantage for frans as it meant he was all the way outside and allowing lewis to use the full extent of his reach.just the way he likes it.

    are you stupid?

that fight with holyfield was no draw.it was a robbery!

have you seen the norton and frazier fights?

they don't have anywhere near the skill that lewis had.and they beat him and gave him hell each time.

Lewis ruled the heavyweight scene. A talented champion.
Cleveland Williams would´ve have ruled boxing the same way in the same era. The amount af talent was huge in the 50´s, 60´s and 70´s.
Lewis might´ve been a champion - but I doubt he could´ve handled Frazier, Liston or Foreman the way Ali did. I´m pretty sure that Frazier, Liston and Foreman would´ve KOed Lewis.
Ali versus Lewis ? Take a look at the Williams-fight and the Terrell fight and pick one of them. Ali would´ve either KOéd Lewis early on or punished him for 15 rounds !

williams in the ali fight was finished.way out of prime!

frazier? :rofl.lewis would stop him by the mid rounds.he would control him with the jab and hit him with big right hands when ever frazier was on the outside.if frazier was ever to get on the inside, he would be hit with the uppercut.

    liston? same as frazier.

foreman? don't you dare say this clumsy MOFO beats lewis.he'd be made to look so silly, you'ed think he was in the middle of a typhoon.lewis ends him in five.

i expect this from bias and brain washed americans. but not someone from denmark.

you don't have HBO by any chance, do you?

Here we go again. For the umpteenth time. The evidence is clear as day.Shorter in statue, slower, shorter in reach and not as accurate as Ali Mercer was jabbing Lewis' head off.Now throw in a taller, faster, longer in reach and more accurate Ali jab (plus awesome footspeed/footwork to get out of the way)and you have Lewis getting his head snapped back frequently without having the speed and footwork to respond accordingly.:good

Ali fought Norton when he was waaaaay past it,which you and everybody else already knows. And in the FOTC,Ali had one tuneup against Quarry before that fight which was his 1st in 3 years. And it was still one of the greatest fights ever.Watch it.You might learn something.
