So I guess if PBF fights Pac next year when he's 34 and loses are you going to say he beat a prime PBF right?:patsch Afford PBF that same luxury you afford Oscar.

Prime DLH at welter shuts out Floyd. If an old over the hill Oscar takes him to an SD, there's no way your going to tell me Floyd beats him prime for prime.

I know Pep wasnt in his prime I was just using him as an example. But I do think him being relentlessly aggressive and being a very big puncher gives him a good chance. I wouldnt have him as favorite but I think he would give Floyd a lot of problems. He is slightly taller than Floyd which if he used to his advantage by throwing that jab from further out to start attacks could be effective.

    Ray Robinson

I don't know it really depends what PBF shows up but I think Whitaker takes him. Yeah you could argue that PBFs defense is better, especially at WW, but he uses a defensive stance. Whitaker had an amazing defense while still finding plenty of time to go on the offense. So at WW with the current PBF yeah I have to give it to Sweet Pea he'd just outwork him. Neither would be landing many meaningful punches but Pea would be throwing a lot more. Now if a lightweight style PBF showed up with that mix of aggression and defense then I give it a toss up. Though in that scenerio I'd probably give the better defense to Sweet Pea if just barely and I think he could eek out a decision. But I'll admit in that case it would be close.

No he ****ing doesn't. No none on that list would shut out PBF.:deal There's names there who would beat him but shut him out **** no. The one who is an absolute nightmare for him is Hearns but he's too smart and too good defensively to just get shut the hell out. Oscar is grossly overrated here and Oscar has always had a problem with speedy defensive fighters he can't outbox PBF he's not a superior boxer to PBF. PBF is a bad styles match up for him he'll take away his left hook and then he will have nothing left.

Why? PBF is a part time fighter like Oscar was. Why is it different for Oscar but not PBF? You make it different because you like Oscar and hate PBF. You can't have it both ways.

Floyd easily beats most of the guys on that list. Floyd, is nearly impossible to hit and has a great chin anyway, never been knocked down. Floyd, is a great counter puncher and he hits alot harder than his "haters" give him credit for.SRL, SRR, Hearns are his only threats on that list. But, those fighters would have to be on their A+ game and hope Floyd fights below his average. Those 3 FIGHTS WOULD BE CLASSIC!

Who said he wouldnt have a hope? Almost everybody said he wouldnt lose to everyone on that list. And hardly anyone(if anyone at all) has said he wouldnt have a hope.

That fight should have been a UD win for PBF and only bitter PBF haters like yourself cling that bull**** to fit there agenda. The judge that scored the fight for Oscar also scored the 10th round for Oscar as well a round in which PBF clearly won that right there tells you everything you need to know about his card.:deal Try that rookie **** with someone that doesn't know any better.

His defense is good enough to make it competitive with most of those all-time greats. But i would pay big money to see Hearns decapitate him.

Floyd, easily defeated ODLH, that SD was a politic decision for a rematch. Most experts and fans has Floyd winning 8-4 or 9-3. I had it 8-4 for Floyd and that's being generous.

Dont be stupid. Different fighters fade at different ages. Mayweather is in no way past his prime, Hopkins is at best only starting to fade now, where as roy jones has been past it for years. Different fighters, different styles, different careers. You know DLH was faded when he faught mayweather.

I still feel mayweather would beat DLH prime 2 prime however. It would have been a different fight.
