Roger Mayweather picks Marg over Pac

    "If Margarito keeps Pacquiao cornered and throws uppercuts along with roughing him up on the inside, Margarito should knock his ass out," said Roger Mayweather (undefeated former world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s Uncle and trainer).

    Mayweather added, " Manny can't be allowed in the middle of the ring; if Margarito wants this, he's gonna have to work him on the ropes and get him there with lots of jabs and pushing and shoving him and oh yeah, it also helps if Manny aint got that sh*t in his system."


    Does he not know **** about boxing?

    I don't think Marg will beat him. He didn;t look good in his last two fights, and even at his best Pac can outfight him and easily outbox him. The only factor is the weight. Marg is going to tower over Pac, so we'll have to see how that plays into the fight.

    he picked cotto over pac... when pac won he accused him of a-side meth.

    if pac beats margo he'd probably accuse pac of z-side meth.

    He's outlining a strategy for how marg CAN win. This is different from saying he WILL win.

    It's very obvious that emmanuel is not a good inside fighter. Why would a veteran trainer like Roger not point that out?

    I don't blame them, Their entire REASON for being rides on this fight. (Floyd Fight demand)

    But don't worry, Margarito's bandwagon has enough room for the *****'s if they want to jump on.
    (Since Tony stepped to the plate & fought Manny for PBF Just like he did for Floyd before w/Cotto)

    I can't speak for the other ones, but I have no reason to go be a fan of marg.

    Even before he was busted, his style wasn't one I cared for. After he was busted, I won't support someone who cheated like that.

    Which is a far cry from what you and other Floyd fanboys have been saying which is that Marg has absolutely no chance and it's a joke fight. If that's true then Roger doesn't know what he's talking about.

    Honestly tho, Roger picked Hatton, Hoya and Cotto over Pacquiao too. I don't find him that knowledgeable when I can predict the outcome of a fight better then he can.

    That article was also incredibly written from a one sided perspetive, they wanted to make everyone believe marg has a very good chance.

    According to Roach, emmanuel will easily whoop marg's AZZ and score the KO by the 8th.

    Don't lie and pretend YOU wouldn't take roach's word over what The Black Mamba said.

    It's not in the quote here, but Roger Mayweather also said for Margo to win Pac would have to have the PEDs out of his sytem. His judgement is definately clouded on this one.
