    BTW Jones had 23 World Title wins, Hopkins only had 20, not 28, unless you are counting the Tarver/Winky fights as title wins and a NC (which isnt a win) and then it would be 22 wins, NOT 28, learn to count

    Let me go down to your level. Trash talking larry holmes was beaten by a smaller mike sphinnx in a fight where he was suppose to equal the the record of rocky marciano. He was fighting a lightheavyweight champion like rocky was fighting a lightheavyweight champ in archie moore on his way to a 49-0 record. Look what happened?

    I'm laughing because Roy Jones wasn't really tested. What real boxing fan doesn't remember the criticism he faced for his fight selection? lol

    Bernard Hopkins was not only ducked by Roy Jones for 17 years when Bernard called him out for a rematch, Bernard Hopkins holds wins over 2 of the guys who put Roy Jones TO ****ING SLEEP.

    :lol: No it never had anything to do with the IBF, the USBA wasn't a world title, it was a US regional title and it didn't go under, Hopkins vacated when he actually got a real title. And no it wouldn't add up to 28 even if you included the USBA (which isnt a world title)

    So yes 20-22 winning world title fights depending on your definition, 1-2 less than Jones

    I made a thread about this about the internet ruiened boxing
    then the body of it was the same as your thread but everybody read the title and said if it wasnt for the internet i wouldnt have be able to see so an so highlights. Theres no serious conversation here there are mostly kids that dont actually read and think, this shows there age they havent learn to think what adult goes on for years and years about a fight that may not get made? what adult goes on daily rampages because a man talks **** and flashes jewelry? an adult reads this **** and thinks if you not ****ing wtf diffrence does it make to you homosexual children here bud good luck with this post tho

    i have not much time to keep up with the sport so i come here to see whats going from the kids that found a new toy and when it gets old ya no

    Roy Jones has only 1 high quality win in his career, and that's James Toney. The rest were scrubs and Bernard Hopkins hadn't hit his prime yet.

    Whats your point? USBA isn't a world title, never was, its a regional title run by the IBF (I was wrong on that it has an IBF conenction its IBFs American regional belt). Thats why Hops discarded the USBA title when he won a world title,

    To call the USBA a world title is a joke, it never was
