Juan M Marquez avoids Unification bout with Humberto Soto, to......fight Katsidis?

If I was Marquez I would fight Soto and Miguel Vazquez and then be the fully unified lightweight champion. Those are two easily winnable fights for even a shot version of Marquez.

 

Soto is only chasing fights with Morales and Barrera right now. That doesnt sound like someone who is chasing the elites of the division.
