Hayeducker Promotion have now turned down highest every pay-days for David Haye and George Groves for fights against there biggest rivals.

Apparently David Haye brings more money to the table than Wladamir Klitscko so he deserves a higher purse and George Groves has never called out James DeGale.

Lets be honest Hayemakers last undercard was pretty shite.

They had a full MEN Arena and plenty of mulla to through around but delivered poor to average fights.

I remember the days when they said they would change things. The only thing that has changed is them.

To be fair I don't think groves has ever called out Degale.

He always used to make a point of not talking about him.

I know Hayemaker made the 50g offer but that wasn't groves.

Groves has always said he would meet DeGale when he could and he had offere dhim the fight before.

Come on, he is always talking baout DeGale.

Thanks Hayemaker for denying us perhaps the most interesting British fight in a decade.

What happened to the substantially bigger offer Hayemaker countered with?

Warren said it was less than DeGale gets for his normal fights.

Nowadays boxing is business, and the casual fan doesn't really know about Groves as they do gold medalist De Gale. I understand Warren wanting a bigger slice, and I dont think anyone could disagree the casual fan sees the fight as a 'test for james de gale' and not a 'chance for groves and de gale to settle who's the better professional right now'.

I think this has always been a fight that would be better left alone for 12-18months, if marketed correctly and patience is observed, this could be another Benn/Eubank.
