Honestly this is the most ridiculous response. I don't no where to begin.

Everyone with half a brain knows that Warren would never let DeGale fight on a non Frank Warren card. If Hayemaker had any confidence in Groves winning the fight they would have taken the Warren offer. Its as simple as that.

This would have been fine if Hayemaker hadn't come out with all there lines about wanting to make the big fights. At the end of the day, its all about the money isn't it.

If Groves knocked out DeGale the number of tickets he sells for fights, the amount of viewers he gets, the amount of press attention would double.

    Its a clear duck.

Ricky Burns was prepared to take a risk in a fight he truly believed he could win. He took short money knowing that if the gamble paid off he would make more in the long run.

Unfortunately all Hayemaker fighters (Haye and Groves) have over inflated opinions and valuations of themselves.

It wouldn't be such a big deal if Haye and Groves hadn't spent the last 2 years calling out Wladamir Klitscko and James Degale, and telling us about how they have a phyosophy of putting there fighters in tough fights.

I was waiting for George Groves to announce his opponent before buying a ticket to his fight. He has promised it will be a tough test and a good opponent. Haye said the exact same thing 4 weeks ago and 3 days later Fraudley was announced as his opponent.

I look forward to the press confrence of George Groves vs Danny Butler.

Is it an offical duck? Has the BBBofC been notified of the duck?

£50,000? I'm not surprised they turned it down, if they both keep winning you can stick another zero on the end of that in a couple of years time.

    Short money?
£50k for home advantage in a WBO world title fight?
Do you actually know what fighters are getting paid for WBO challenges??

What you have to remember is Burns isn't or wasn't a big name.
£50k for a shot for him at that stage was a great shout.

And when u say Hayemaker fighters are have over inflated value of themselves?
A fighter is 'Worth' whatever he is being paid or is being offered.
Thats exactly how the game works.

Look forget Ricky Burns. That doesn't matter here.

So £50,000 is not George's highest payday then???

David Haye is offerd 50% with no options to fight Wladamir Klitscko, the man he has called out for 2 years. He turns it down and fights Audley Harrison.

George Groves is offered £50,000 to fight James DeGale, the man he has called out for 2 years. He turns it down.

So if warren won't let degale fight on another promoters bill why should hayemaker?

Also you can also say if warren is so confident why doesn't he just accept the counter offer and let him go beat groves?

You said Groves was "probably the best known domestic champion" 2 days ago...but that was back when you were trying to convince yourself that Groves-Degale was going to happen on Dec 11th because it was a big fight.

George Groves has been calling out James DeGale for two years, not the other way round.

Booth new full well Warren would never let Groves fight on there show, thats why he made the offer, he doesn't want the fight. Just like he new the Klitsckos couldn't break there TV deal with RTL.

RICKY IS NOW! What i'm saying is before the WBO title shot, how was Ricky's activity and profile? not as good as his talent deserves.
So to get a 50k pay day with home advantage for a wbo shot is good going.

I'm not saying George is a massive name, but in how many fights has he become a champion, in how many fights has he become a sky tv headliner and as a champion for hayemaker his current wage IS worth turning 50k down.
You seem to forget that hayemaker are willing to pay degale more than what we have been offered for george. So why are you so hostile at just us?

Also, if George isn't a big enough name yet, why are you so bothered if he fights or not??
