At the end of road work usually, I don't mention them separately. I do a lot of things that I don't mention, my warming up usually has callisthenics for example. Because of all the cycling I can't do roadwork often, cycling 13 miles (and often more) plus road work and a boxing session is too much for the legs. If I had a car I'd run in the morning.
I'm sure cycling works diffrent muscles, I regularly used to cycle 16 miles a day for work and presumed my running fitness would benefit, but when I went for a run out of the blue it didn't take long for me to be ****ed up.
I'm not saying it crosses over. Cycling and running both tax the legs, I can't combine that amount of cycling (which I have to do, no choice) with more roadwork than I already do. My stamina is top notch at this moment though, ring stamina, running stamina, cycling stamina, you name it. Remember my goal isn't running, it's boxing. Both cycling and running aren't optimal, I need to conserve my legs for the workout that truly matters. Boxing.
