I really enjoy watching the guy fight, but he never gets much praise despite some good wins against a worn-out Thaxton and a thumping of Lee Mcallister.

I know he's probably not going to go far, but what do you think the chances are of his stepping up soon?

Who would be a good gateway for a step up to world-class?

he has the biggest padded record iv seen from some1 claiming to be the euro and british champion its disgraceful.30-0 and yet there isnt 1 fighter on his record who was even british level never mind euro. and this russian hes fighting is another soft touch on his CV, theres plenty of contenders on the world scene out at lightweight they could put him so this excuse that he's short of opponents is BS

I'd like to see him in with Mitchell tho after Mitchells dismal performance against Kats, i'm not sure he deserves another big fight so soon.

Murray needs to step up and get people interested again, if he gets beat but still puts in a decent performance, aint no big deal. What about the Baby Bull?

I would say he gets to much praise to be honest. I have never been overly impressed with him.

Really the guy's career is on hold until he dumps Hennesey. He is out of contract after this fight and I would like to see him sign with Frank Warren.

The man has a proven track record when it comes to building fighters and getting them world titles. Warren could put on big cards like the Magnificent 7 at the MEN until Murray builds up enough of a following to top it on his own with a regular undercard.

It seems he has two guarenteed options after tomorow night.

    Gavin Rees

Matchroom have won purse bids for there British title fight which would also be for the European title. Rees despite being fairly limited is still a big name due to winning a world title and Prizefighter. He is also ranked in the top 15 by the WBO.

    David Estrada

An elimantor contest has been ordered by the WBC. If Murray can get the fight in the UK he would be favourite to win but its pointless winning it if he doesn't have a promoter that can get him in with Soto before the end of 2011. Hennesey is not the man to do it.

The Mitchell fight makes sense. Just get it on already.

He's a good talent but also one of the worst managed British fighters of recent times

I like Murray and i think he actually has ability to do well in certain bouts at world level. Competitive with certain guys especially if the fights at home. Sadly he getting into the habit of grinding it out each and every time.

Love to see him liven up a lil on the feet, use the jab a bit more and develop some head movement as well as mixing up his attacks and creating angles for attacks rather then straight line banging. I think he's great value to watch and i hope the boy does well and picks his career up as of tomorrow night..sadly...we say this each and every time.

I don't think Murray has been managed that badly, it's his promotion that's the problem.

He isn't managed by Mick Hennessy remember.

My grandma has never watched a fight in her life and would have managed Froch better than Hennessy. He's a world class fighter fighting in a deep division and is 3-1 at top class..... yet nobody knows who the **** he is, because Dr. Ineptness can't put his pride to one side and accept a low ball TV offer to get his man more publicity.

Mick needs to learn the phrase - YES IS MORE.

  11. I think you mean Daniel Estrada.

Daniel Estrada recently lost to Reyes Sanchez for the WBC silver title. So he will need to fight Reyes Sanchez.

If Murray was to sign with Warren he would build Mitchell vs Murray into a mega fight.

Rees beats Mitchell and Murray with ease, both are over rated as fook.
