    Fellas,

I know some will scoff and some will puke, however, all in all, I think Michael Moorer in his prime threw some of the best combinations ever seen by a heavyweight champion...

NOW!! Granted, Moorer was nowhere near being the greatest of heavyweight champs. We all know that.. But the man had talent and skill and, knew how to box pretty damn well...

Champs like "Louis and Ali" are generally noted as being the best of the lot, in terms of skills and finess, even though Jack Johnson, Ezzard Charles, Larry Holmes and Lennox Lewis deserve their props, as well.... And, okay, Gene Tunney and Floyd Patterson too.....

STILL! Who can deny Michael Moorer's ability to put punches together?

Mr Bill, he knew how to box and put punches together, all true enough,,,but without much of a question he had none of the cracking snap that lived in even the shortest of Louis punches. Zzzzzero comparison.

Tell that to Alex Stewart and George Foreman....... Stewart sucummed to Moorer in 1992, but Foreman prevailed in 1994... STILL! Both Alex and George took a schellacking in them fights... Moorer knew how to place punches very well.......

    Note:

Michael Moorer also was hitting some real big dude's who were up to 220 to 250 pounds, as well........ Joe Louis never dealt with guys as big with true talent / ability... WORD!

Moorer also had nothing of the size advantage Louis and Ali enjoyed over their opposition .

To get knocked down and get up ? what makes champions LMAO ? What Frazier , Louis and Patterson had , Moorer proved he had plenty of too.

I wonder how he would have done at HW against Doug Jones , Max Schmelling and Billy Conn.

Yes, MM often reminds me of a very small, less patient Valuev. Reasonable call, Bill.

This is the avatar that screams your name the best so far.
Although Valuev is more of your sign than Pong.
So Valuev alone could have sufficed just as well . But this , is obvious was made by you or for you.

I do, with all sobriety, believe that Moorer's 1992 to 1996 southpaw stance and furious combinations, would've greatly bothered and hindered former greats like "Charles and Walcott" had they been tagged by Moorer in a time machine... TRUTH!

Thank you, kindly. But how would I have "made" this avatar? Anyway, Valuev is a huge Pong fan. Literally. He's always wearing Pong shirts, hats, capes, robes, etc. Pong often wears SNV garb as well. They're that tight. They golf together. Why, SNV's last movie was purely dedicated to Pong's victory over Kameda. That's true friendship.

As you can see, most of the cast are admirers of old P-Won.

That's true. I was just trying to make MRBILL feel better.
