Pac will break down Margarito. Pac won't do the same thing he did against Hatton. In between 7-9 rounds, Margarito most likely kissed the canvas once and TKO win for the Pacman. I was being gracious with Margarito reaching 9th round by the way.

Margarito would probably hit Pac with a punch so hard, Pac will do a chicken dance for a little but Pac will reset and continue on.

 

Freddie's been right with most of his predictions as Pac has gone up the weights, however I feel he will be way off here. I don't think Pac has the type of power at 147-151 to stop Margarito. People's opinion of Margo's chin has been severly distorted since the Mosley massacre. I don't think Margo even gets knocked down here. Pac will probably land on him at will, as he did against Oscar, however Margarito's true Mexican cojones won't allow him to quit as Oscar did. My prediction is Pac via wide UD. If anyone gets stopped it will be Pac.

He wants Margarito to be aggressive and come forward a lot to make their gameplan for the guy become more effective.

If they challenge his manhood and Mexican machismo, AM will do what Team Pac expects him to do, and will fall exactly to the gameplan in their blueprints.

 

Can Margo do anything besides be aggressive and go forward? This is going to look as bad as the DLH fight except Margo will at least be throwing.

I heard them saying they've watched a lot of tapes and seen what type of gameplan is most effective against MP.

I think they're gonna do a bit of boxing and baiting and setting traps and counterpunching in combos, a little bit.

Not sure if they can pull it off and succeed, but I think they're drawing inspirations from JMM's counters and EM's boxing.

You really think that Margarito is just a come forward pressure fighter and that's all he does? Margarito is a skilled technical brawler. He's thrown more punches against Cotto and Clottey than MP. Margarito will be in MP face all night, throwing body punches and all from different angles. We all know by now how Pacquiao fights in spurts at this weight. He takes breathers in fights by covering up in a shell. Margarito will force the issue in this fight and if Pacquiao fights that fight he will lose. Simple as that. Don't be fooled by Roach's trash talk because he never wanted this fight in the first place.

 

He is probably right. Margarito has hardly looked in good form of late and Pac threw all night against Clottey. I can see Pac just bouncing punches of Margarito.

The thing is, Margarito's hasn't changed one bit. He has nothing new to offer to Pac but come forward. Either way, I don't know if Margarito will have something new for Pacquiao.
