Has there even been a fighter like Jeff Lacy before he fought Calzaghe?

Truth is, Lacy had real out of the ring problems he foguht Sheika.

His life was in turmoil and his mind was elsewhere.

He was in the worst shape of his life. When I saw him come out in one piece I was amazed.

    Sad but true.

All those with a knowledge of boxing could see that his skills were not there.

    Hell, he looked awful.

    Everyone could see that.

    lacy was a beast.
calzaghe ruined him, he was never the same again.
it was good of gary shaw to start to wave for the ref to stop the fight, with about 10 seconds left in the last round, after his fighter had the living daylights beaten out of him for 35 minutes and 50 seconds. very compassionate of gary shaw that.

C'mon, people, give them what they want, talking about Slapping Joe, not Lacy.

These people cant accept Calzaghe retired undefeated and beat Hopkins. It burns them everyday, so they spend time trying to alter history in their own minds. If they believe it, they think the rest of us might, only they also forget that the real fans who follow boxing arent as gullable

This is an obvious troll thread, I don't know why you guys bother responding seriously. Jeff Lacy looked good without his shirt on and that was about it.

small tyson you dopey cheese ball.

I think Lacy was great talent.
He just took on a the best the meanest Calzaghe ever that night. Who in my mind would of destroyed everyone that night. And made him into a bum overnight. getting hit with 600+ punches at 168lb tends to do that to you .

He was called a "small" version of Mike Tyson and it was his promoter that started that. You would expect promoters to do the same if not worse, isn't S.Ibragimov the "white Mike Tyson"?
