Is the Printworks in the middle? I've always gone there after fights and thought it was just outside the city centre....
exactly Oli. two minutes to the Printworks and Deansgate - five minutes to pretty much anywhere central except Deansgate Locks and Castlefield
Yes it is, the MEN is five mins walk from Deansgate, the venue itself is more or less slap bang in the middle of the town centre the high street and shopping centre is less than 5 minutes walk.
Cheshire via Liverpool. Thats no excuse though, I should know my way around Manchester better than that though, I've been there enough times.atsch
Ticket prices are as follows: £40.50....£62.25....£88.25.....£136.75....£190.00....£267.50....£472.50....£625.00....£827.50 The £40.35, £62.50 and £88.25 tickets are sold and the rest are still up for grabs as far as I can see. The people of the North must have look at the ticket prices and looked at the fight (farce) and said.............**** that! these Londoners must think we are right muppets.
It's in Manchester because Manchester is the Boxing capital of Britain and you are guaranteed a great night out with lots of different bars for all different tastes...:yep
bah, I'm taking my nephew to the ****ing WWE at The Echo Arena the week after Haye-Harrison. Can't wait....:nut
It is quite good actually. You are 5 mins away from whatever bars and clubs you might want after, or if you want to get home then victoria train station is just over the road. Its not a bad location
The Echo is a belting Arena...I went there earlier this year...:good Trent FM and The Oddesey are great too...:good Is Tony Bellew on at the Echo next month...:think
