Hopkins dominated every single top contender in his division during his prime, anyone who writes off some of these fighters like Antwun Echols, Syd Vanderpool, **** I mean even Lipsey looked like a beast until Hopkins retired him...people writing off guys like that don't know the division very well....Trinidad knocked out William Joppy at 160 quick, which led everyone to say that Hopkins should fight Trinidad, so he did and beat him....Carl Daniels won an IBF title eliminator which led to a mandatory defense by Hopkins...De La Hoya was the one who said "I'd really like to fight Hopkins next" so Hopkins gave him what he wanted....how about a tough Andrew Council who went the distance with Winky Wright and Bernard? Terry Norris couldn't KO Simon Brown, but Hopkins totally obliterated him. I mean for instance, Keith Holmes had just beat the undefeated McCracken, so Bernard gave him a title shot. I know for a fact that this headbanger idiot with his ****** smiley icons saw none of these dudes fight, none of them.
