I'm breaking down the poll to 4 possible answers.
Select which ever comes closest to how you feel in regards to if you feel Pacquiao is or may be a PED user.

Floyd is a PED user. He's been showing obvious signs of roid rage.

 

according to the mayweathers' who are "paragons of truth" pac is on peds.

It might not be fair to think that, as I myself believe that even a roided Pacquiao would get schooled by Mayweather.......but its the corner that Pac himself cornered himself into.

 

The truth is ANYONE can be using. And that includes Pac and Floyd. But Pac's never been busted and neither has Floyd. If I had to put - ahem - money on it - I'd say Floyd's a juicer. It would explain how Floyd looked bigger than Mosley and even muscled him around.
