without jmm's combos , it would've been a onesided beatdown!...floyd is not known for his combinations!

The fact that he threw 1200 punches against Clottey and ended more busted up speaks volumes as well. Manny needs to exchange to be sucessful.

yes he did have pac's numbers, but he also did not gave pac more chance to throw more punch after he counter by throwing combination counter punches.....

he didnt just throw a punch and let pac reset, he makes sure that pac retreats.....

thats the key to that match.....

That's just crazy... Pac was never in jeopardy of losing any round.. Pac takes chances, it's what he does... Win big or go home...

Pacquiao can't box with Mayweather, he will have to come after him or he will get picked apart from the outside with jabs to the body and head, Mayweather is just as fast that's the thing. The guys Pacquiao has been fighting since Marquez II, are too slow to pull the trigger when Pacquiao comes in and they also have the defense of a tomato can. Floyd has the speed to pull the trigger and his defense is light years better than anyone Pacquiao has faced. Seriously Pacquiao has been way faster than all his opponent's he's faced, Marquez was the only one close, Mosley is faster than anyone Pacquiao has faced in his career there's no doubt about that and Floyd made him look slow, if you think a defensive genius with hand speed like Mayweather's is going to sit there like a campbell's soup can and get overwhelmed by 1200 punches while he scratches his ass, you're a ****ing fool.

Floyd use to throw beautiful combos... his hands and body won't let him anymore...

Watch the Hatton fight again and see how he was able to land on Floyd...

might aswell put floyd in clotteys shoe if he fights like he always does and not plan on stepping up his offense vs pac!

You're taking it too personal. I'm just stating a point whether you agree with it or not.

Great point. As corny as it sounds after the hate from both sides clears the room it's a style match-up. Marquez is widely held as one of the best counter punchers in the business. The case could be made that he won both fights against Manny by effective counter punching. How many shots did he land on Floyd? That says something when one of the worlds best counter punchers cannot time a man doing the same thing.
