Where are you getting that he all the sudden "Grew a large head in 2 yrs"??:huh His head has been LARGE since he's been a kid. Just look at the early pics SPUD. You look at Mark and Barry and you see what HGH does. They put on 50 to 70 pounds of muscle mass and their heads actually got BIGGER.

Floyd and Shane were only tested randomly over a period of 6 weeks, which is not even their whole camp. The entire time before their camp, they were not tested. The 20 or so months that Floyd "retired" when his body was breaking down, he was not tested. The guy says on 24/7 that his body is breaking down, that he needs special treatments because he's too fragile. Then he takes 20 months away from the sport, comes back all of a sudden in amazing shape, bigger and stronger than ever and unable to even make a 144lb catchweight. And all of a sudden he starts asking everyone around him to take a PED test. LOL. How ****ing convenient. "How can I be guilty, I'm the one who called the police?"
Listen to yourself, you're actually making a case on why Pac should have accepted random tests with no windows in the first place. Of course, just as you described, random tests like the one that Mayweather proposed with no windows is better than the tests with the windows of nontesting....... ......and of course if you make those tests year round, then of course it would carry more integrity than just the 8 weeks of testing till fight time. The less windows for nontesting, the better the integrity of the tests, thats common sense. .....and btw, Pac wanted windows, huge one's surrounding the testing.
