psychologically as well...at this point I'm not sure floyd can beat pac. The sad part is that manny will give him the opportunity once he gets out of jail and then the rematch...floyd will have money for years to come.

That is the kind of comentaries that show how people could be so biased so stupid and so ignorant to write something like this. He said that the best conditioned boxer in history is not durable. And a guy who has box in the pocket all his fights no matter who is in front of him, cant do that now?? This kind of post really dont need answers. :-(

Or its Pac is willing to take risk to dish out damage. Ever since Floyd was kd against Castillo he's been too scared to open up. Add that to the fact he even at his "offensive" days was still fairly defensive, ala Sweet pea, and that gives you a lot of the reason. The other is Pac's always been a stronger puncher then Mayweather. Marquez said Pac punches stronger even though he fought Pac at 135. Barrera said Pac was one of the hardest punchers ever. DLH compared him to Vargas and Mosley, not sure how true that one is but ehh. And plenty of others have commented on his power and speed. I mean even before he moved up he was putting a beat down on people. First person to KO Morales, battered Barrera, KDed Marqez 4 times in 2 fights, and just the list of other people he's KOed since his 108 days. And it makes a lot of sense back then Pacs only strengths were power and speed so to get to that Barrera fight and win obviously he had to have a lot of power and speed. Mayweather on the other hand has a mastery of the technical aspect of the sport. He could get by without being a strong puncher he needs speed because his style relies on it but if he didn't have it he would have adapted.

Agree with mostly on what you said but Floyd was never knocked down by Castillo. I could be totally mistaken though if the letters kd dont mean knock down then totally disregard my post. BTW Floyd was injured that fight and it was his first fight at that weight class and he was outweighed by 15 pounds just about. If you watch the fight the judges scored the fight correctly. Floyd clearly won the first 5 then got a 10/8 round in like the the 8th or 9th round. Floyd later got a point taken away in a round he was winning and won the 11th round. I ended up with the same score as the judges. Like a true champ Floyd immediately gave Castillo a rematch and you can really see the huge difference.

There is no sane impartial human that can give that fight to Floyd. He got out boxed and out landed in every way the last 7 rounds. He did nothing to turn the fight around. A real ATG would have earned the win in the championship rounds.

Marquez had to take risks (and suffered 5 legit kds and was rocked a couple more times), and it subsequently cost him the fights.
Mayweather is the most safety first fighter I've ever seen above 147. That is not a criticism, he is good enough to be able to do that and be able to dominate opponents.
However he will not beat up a much stronger Pacman at 147 as much as Marquez did at 130. He may outbox him more thoroughly, but he will be in Baldomir mode for this one and won't risk opening up against the most dangerous opponent in the world for him.

We heard it all before! Floyd is scared of Manny, Floyd is scared of Shane , Hatton, Baldomire and Godzilla. Floyd goes out and dominates every time and Manny will be no different. He will take Manny's weapons and disarm his ass. They both have speed and great footwork but Floyd has great timing and you must look at who is smarter in that ring. Besides Manny was kept away from slick black fighters his entire career and you will find out why when they meet! After Floyd dominates they will say he needs to fight Godzilla and a Predator or he is a coward for not doing so!

Marquez didnt beat Pacquiao, 1st fight was self admitted scoring error by one judge the rematch was won by the knock down Manny scored...
However Floyd did lose to one of Manny sparring partners JLC but I am sure nobody wants to talk or discuss that truth..

U still have no clue as to what you're talking about, boxing... STFU before i teach u a lesson.

HOmey, anybody who knows boxing knows that MArquez took him to school and did numbers on him. Dinamita taught Pacman alot about this sweet science.. WHy did Pacman improve as a fighter?? because MArquez made him change.

Um yes but pac won and got a draw against marquez .... listen it was a close fight and any decision would've been debated so drop the whole marquez bull**** ... if marquez would've won we would've had the same aftermath ... nothing we can do or say to change anything .... but one thing I am 100% sure of pac vs JJm 3 would've already happened ...

Mayweather takes pac to school ... manny will fall into traps and when he sees that may isn't an easy target his output will drop and may will be in and out and pac will get frustrated
