IMO, Floyd has the style & skill to execute the JMM blueprint Vs. Pacquiao...
The Question is does he have the HEART, Is/Would he be willing to take in order to land?

Pacquiao & Marquez are made for each other. Any night they would have a great fight even if they fought each other in their 80's. Floyd and Pacquiao are two different ends of a magnet, they never can meet.

I wonder if Floyd will hit the canvas as many times as JMM did! JMM does have one of the best recovery times though after being rocked. In the second fight he almost went down towards the late rnds so many times yet stayed in there.

No, Floyd has way better balance. He won't get floored.

Didn't look like it in the Mosley fight. He was hanging on to Mosley just to stay up.

If a 39 year old Mosley can do that. Just imagine what a 31 year old whose twice as fast and can punch just as hard would do.

This is like asking why Michael Jordan added a jumpshot to his game.

Could it be that Pacquiao wanted to improve. To you know win championships. :patsch

If Floyd sees the punch he's not getting hurt. If Manny does manage to catch Floyd off guard which is a rare occurance then you may have a point. The man hasn't touched the canvas minus taking a knee when he broke his hand and his glove skimming the canvas while off balanced. I can't understand why people see Floyd getting hit from a shot from hell then not 20 seconds later gettting hit in the temple and still not folding as a sign of weakness.

If u followed pacman's early career, you'd know that he gradually improved as a fighter after the first schooling by Marquez where he threw nothing but jabs and straight lefts. That's just what it is..

Marquez changed him and made him into what he is today.

Is Marquez the greatest Mexican fighter of all times? Even better than Salvador Sanchez?? He is

Eh no, Marquez was only Pacquiao's second fight in front of a main stream audience and one of his early fights with Freddie Roach as his head trainer.

He was still a raw prospect at that point. He had no where to go but improve. Whether the Marquez fight happened or not. He would have improved either way. Especially with Erik Morales as his next opponent.

I agree that Marquez is one of the best mexican fighters out there. But saying he's the only reason Pacquiao improved is an insult to common sense.
