    From Steve Kim :

I'd favor Chad in this match up on points, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if Cloud gets him out of there.

If Chad's comes in prepared, he can win this cleanly.
    Like the matchup.

This is the common sense fight for both men. I think Dawson's inactivity hurt him against Pascal, and there's no way he can afford to sit out until next spring or early summer for Pascal II.

Dawson, not quite active enough, let's a good opportunity slip away. I will definitely tune in and watch it.

It's time Dawson get off his arse and fight for a change. I would not be surprised if Cloud knocked him out out though.

If his new trainer has the right to be in the ring, it will change something. If not, he won't give heart or help Dawson to adapt. You have it or not.

Dawsons problems are personal. He needs to get that crap straightened out before he fights again. It has nothing to do with his capable trainer. Dawson is a dummy who spends all his money and doesnt take care of his personal affairs.

Well, HBO wanted Diaconu to face Cloud if he wins against Sheika on October the 15th.
If Dawson faces Cloud before Pascal, that leaves time to make Bute-Pascal this spring! I know team Bute dooesn't want to go to 175, but with the never ending super 6, he may not have choice...

Dawson's not as good now as he was when Floyd Sr. was training him. I think he's regressed under EMM.

I think there might be too much beast in Cloud for Dawson, Dawson's chin will most likely be put to the test for sure.

Hope this happens. Dawson shouldn't sit out and wait for the Pascal re-match and I don't think it would do him any good to fight some nobody in a tune-up. I'll definitely respect him if he takes a potentially tough fight like this.

It's a good opportunity for Dawson to show he's learned the lessons from the Pascal loss - if he's too passive in this one, Cloud is definitely the kind of fighter who can out-work him to get the decision.
