Who are the fighters within the last 5 years or so that gave you the impression that they lacked heart despite having the talent to do a lot more? There are many i can think of. I'll start it off with Allen Green. He was yapping and yapping before the fight with Ward but when it happened, he just went into a shell.
Trash talk is part of the game but some take it too far like Haye, Toney and Mayorga. IMO Green didn't take it too far. It ain't easy coming into hostile Oakland as the enemy. I'm sure Kessler and Green would agree :good:yep :fire :fire :fire
