When did I say it was the rules? I said it was the norm. (Edit: I did say it was the rules...but I like I said in a later post, I'm almost certain that these are the regulations for under 18's sparring...at least.)

Yes, "I think" they may make this obvious when you try for an amateur coaching badge...do you know why I said "I think"? Because I havn't got my coaching badge (yet).

But you have five pages here of people telling you 16oz are standard sparring sizes. I have looked across the web, and even posted a source in this thread for you, and all the sources seem to say 16oz are standard too.

WHy don't you shows us evidence that 16 oz is not standard? Why not?

You said yourself that there's barely any difference between 16 and 14oz gloves, and as Pac wears a huge head guard he is really protected. Now all of a sudden the 16oz's are stopping him from getting knocked out??
