    This is what spud does, makes an absolute **** of himself then disappears from the thread and makes out that he has had some kind of victory.

    No not really

    This isnt about knocking each other head off and it doesnt have to be fair. They are training and the purpose of it is that pac is learning how to deal with certain scenerio.

    The guy in the vid was basically saying Pac doesn't hit as hard as Shane, Marg, or Floyd, based on his experiences sparring with all four guys. And he mentioned, in his experience sparring with Pac, the difference in speed between Pac and himself could be somewhat attributed to Pac wearing 14 oz gloves and him wearing 16oz. Interesting vid...calling it an exposè is a bit of a stretch, though.

    MOST sparring happens with 16oz gloves, or 14oz.... ive never seen sparring with 8 or 10oz.
