Ok...I know Jack Johnson use to box into his 60's...Jack Dempsey knocked out two guys who tried to mug him in his 70's...(But he had a bad leg at that point...) I remember reading in Ring mag of how Archie Moore started shadow boxing on time in the dressing room for one of Foremans comeback fights...close to 80...but the reporter "I think Collins maybe..." Said he was amazed at how fast he was. And then you have Foreman...who seems in pretty good shape...and looks like he could still easly handle your average dude now...and maybe even 10 or 15 years from now (assuming he doesn't get sick).

Jersey Joe Walcott, for a few years after his retirement anyway, seemed like he could put a young punk or two to sleep...much like he did the giant in "The Harder they Fall"..only for real. He was always a powerfully built shifty old pro who could put a guy's lights out IMO.

Just about every ATG/champion could continue to destroy your average joe in a fight into their 70's or so. The heavyweights obviously have an edge being naturally big, strong, and hard punching. Even Joe Frazier could probably still handle an average person on the street.

Holyfield would still teach most heavyweights in the world a lesson even now.

Audley Harrison would be roadkill..... yet he might end up WBA champion in six weeks time, a belt that really belongs to Evander.

Marvin Hagler would probably whip most middles, outside of PW and Sergio the rest are content to pad their record and fight 3rd rate opponents.

Carmine Basilio, even in his late 60s, was always itchin' to uncoil his lethal left hook in the street. Some young wise-ass make the mistake of pickin' on him woulda got the shock of his life.
