Why would you spar with someone slightly faster? 'Were facing Margarito, but we'll spar someone as fast as Mayweather because then we'll know for sure we can cope with Margarito's speed'...you're an idiot!

If they can replicate Margarito's speed, they have a better chance of judging his timing on fight night...which also has a great deal to do with gameplan.

 

Go back to school and get a ****ing education, learn how to spell properly for a start - your spelling is a disgrace. You said you wanted to debate your point - I've just posted a whole load of other poster's responses that relate directly to the point you are talking about but you take no notice of them because it's not what you want hear. Yet you can offer NOTHING back in the way of a counter argument, you just say "No, that's not right blah blah blah"

You are without doubt the dumbest person I've ever encountered on the internet - possibly even in the real world too. And I'm not just saying that you're dumb because you disagree with me. No I did not. I said the gloves may have been used to replicate Margarito's speed. You assumed that getting a medium speed boxer, they could automatically have, or pull off Margarito's style.

I implied that the boxer they chose to spar may have been faster/slightly faster than Margarito, thus giving them 16oz gloves would slow them down slightly to Margarito's speed, allowing them to time him better.

And you said I put words in your mouth...

I know, I thought about doing that but I'm beyond caring now. Also, as well as miss- spelling it he uses the word eloquently wrong, which is amusingly ironic.
