If it wasn't for Morales I would say just forget the whole idea of mexicans even being allowed in the ring.

    Of course.

Cuba has produced some competitive talents, but fall short of Europe in every way. Puerto Rico and Mexico, however, do not even deserve to carry Euro's spit bucket.

You'd think Mexico would fare better against PR given their significantly bigger talent pool, but...

Then why is Mexico just barely above average in that sport?

True, Mexico isn't as dominant as it was. But I wouldn't say barley above average. Montiel is way above average, as well as the Maqrquez brothers. Skillwise Segura is average, but measure his heart, will, power, and ability to withstand punishment and he is way above average.

Don't know where you're trying to take this but most of Puerto Rico's elite have lost to Mexicans....FACT

Oh, my bad El boracho was refering to Soccer. Mexico is just above average because there is no weight classes in Soccer. So the Mexican team usualy goes against other teams with players that are above 6' and out weighed. But even with that they still give them a run for their money. Look how they destroyed France in the past World Cup. Check out what Javier "el Chicharito" Hernandez is doing with Manchester United.

But put a Mexican in a sport where it comes to one on one and weigh about the same and you got a different story compadre. :bbb
