Foster will make a far tougher fight of this than Lawton did, but Leva has looked just absolutely devastating any time hes rocked up to these shores. I haven't seen Leva-Gulyakevich but I'm sure if I had seen that fight my confidence in Fosters chances would be higher. Its a very intriguing fight. Hopefully I'm not out tonight as I want to watch it.
I fancy Foster to take it late on. Like a lot of you have said, he's got to ride the storm early on though.
Yep, I give him a really good chance if he gets out of the first 4-5 rounds unscathed. I think Kevin Francis gave the most 'out there' prediction for this fight, saying that Foster Jr will win in 6 rounds. Kirakosyan has only been stopped twice, both early in his career and I know at least one of them was down to swelling. Not saying Foster Jr can't punch, but I highly doubt he will be able to get the stoppage tonight.
I really can't see Foster winning, he's vastly overrated on these forums and isn't a great boxer, or slugger for that matter. Levan is a devastating fighter against anyone who tries to go inside against him, Foster will be outclassed, and outpunched from the first bell. http://www.gx-world.com/uk/features/betting/stephen-foster-v-levan-kirakosyan-boxing-preview.html I'm putting twenty on a KO for the Russian. I'll look so stupid if Foster survives!
Derry i think is a very underrated fighter and is judged harshly post choi. He was highly ranked by a number of sanctioning bodies beat some top level domestic opposition Simpson Foster Marsh but ran into a top 10 fighter at the wrong time and was destroyed mentally and physically and he is only rebuilding now
Humble pie. Foster really proved me wrong with a fantastic performance. Boxing always surprises me sometimes! Great KO!
