    Round 1

Jones starts jabbing right away. The jab is working well, muting Brudov and driving him back. Jones tries a right hand behind it and...he should probably stick with the jab for now. The right hand looked very slow and limp. Brudov is swatting with high left hooks and holding his hands out in an eastern European flypaper defense. Jones is dominating with his jab. One lands especially hard and immobilizes Brudov for a moment, so Jones is finally able to land a right cross. Brudov sticks his palms out to catch shots and tries to flick a few shots in to the body in addition to the swatting hooks at Jones' ear level.

    10-9 Jones

Jones landing whenever he throws. Outside of a left hook late Brudov didnt land anything. I dont see this going the distance if Jones keeps landing like he is.

rd 1 10-9 Jones controlled with jab and landed some good right hands.

Brudov looks in better shape than I've seen him in the past. He's basically a counterpuncher, might be waiting to attack until later in the fight hoping GJ runs out of gas--he hasn't in the past.

    Round 2

Jones leans to his left and watches a Brudov flurry bounce off his right shoulder. Jones is taking his time, extremely relaxed, jabbing up down and in between. He occasionally thinks about stirring the stale right hand back into the stew but wisely sticks with the fresher ingredient. After one looping right hand miss by Jones, Brudov is able to plant a counter hook on his jaw. Jones is only slightly annoyed by it and goes back to working his jab.

    20-18 Jones

Jones has always been an accurate puncher.

Jones is a born fighter. He's just so calm and fights very effortlessly. Even though he looks like he aint in shape he can throw punches all night and never get tired.

    Round 3

Jones loads up on a crazy right hand that nearly takes him off his own feet but he gets his footing and settles down, sticking his jab again. Brudov looks very nervous in trying to get past the left jab of Jones, and tries double-jabbing his way in and quickly leaping back out, taking the brunt of a right forearm smash for his trouble. Jones is controlling the ring, and setting Brudov up exactly where he wants him - at the very tip of his jab. Brudov dances around and tries to thread the needle with his own jab and lead right, but isn't committing and consequently not landing much (and not hurting Jones at all when he does).

rd 3 10-9 Brudov--landed some good jabs and sharp counters. Jones much less active with his jab.
